Farewell, Lovely Coast

First off, I just have to say, who knew America was so cool?
We decided to take Amtrak from Seattle to Portland to introduce Walt to his Great-Grandpa Burgener. We left from and arrived at the two coolest train stations I've ever seen. The ride itself was relaxing, beautiful, and fabulous. So fun!

We had a marvelous time with the Burgener clan in Oregon. Walt was completely spoiled, as were Landon and I - lots of free babysitting, yummy food, and time spent with family.
We toured a lot of fun sites, including Multnoma Falls:
Check out those handsome Burgener men!
Columbia Gorge:
Mount Saint Helens (Landon totally geeked out):
The Portland Temple:
And the Tillamook Cheese Factory:
We topped it all off with a few days on the lovely Oregon Coast.
We were sad to leave, because it was such a fun trip. But as always, we're happy to be home again!

And to top it off... when your plane landed, you got to eat guacamole bacon burgers at midnight! :)

I thought Walt was the cutest baby boy ever on June 1st. Oh no. He is NOW even cuter that that cutest baby boy ever. I love, love, love the picture of Walter and Great Grandpa Burgener. What a lucky boy to have such a great family.

Love you all!
